Target some unique visitors. Write some articles about it and submit them to directories. After doing that, go ahead and submit to some social bookmarking websites. Repeat this process, and you will be sure to get more sign ups. Good luck!
for starters, you have two big distractions on the page above the fold.. the visitor will look at them before they see your offer for the free download.. then a stronger call to action would help. E.G. "Download Your Free Checklist Now!" hope this helps. Stuart Stirling

You can try having a pop up come in with you free offer after the visitor has been on your site for some time (ie 10 or 20 seconds). Another suggestion would be to create a straight squeeze page where the only thing they can do is optin or leave. I'm sure you are losing a lot of signups as there is a lot going on with your site. Just my opinion
