how to increase SERP rank

How are you? I have a website and I have been running it for a couple of weeks. I just wanted to know that how can we increase serp rank. I am a little bit worried because I have worked so hard for my website.

@pia D'Alia well, it depends if you have created 1-2k baklinks from high PR websites then I guess you will be on top !! But I think you will find that easily !!
