    To get High PR, Link Build in the high PR pages. PR update happens every 3 months.

    For better PR one has to ask for backlinks from other site owners, you can do it either way, send anonymous email to thousands of peoples or ask from your friends. you can make friends here, the only thing it requires is good reputation as creative member and little patience

    You should get more backlinks from quality hight PR sites..also try some seo tool to increase page ranking..

    To increase your PR you need more backlinks to your site from other sites with a better PR rating than yours.

    First, you will have to hang out here in the forums for a while instep to get the basics.

    Consider, using the search functionality and you will find great answers for most of your questions.

    Then, PR is all about backlinks from other websites with higher PR.. so you will have to build backlinks for your website instep to increase it's ranking..
