I did high-quality content blogging with multiple variations of anchor text internally linking my content. I also put up some WPMU blogs that had spun articles on it (around 25) that pointed back to the money site. My PR went from 0 to PR2 in three months. Now waiting for the next ranking to be over to see if I got PR3 or higher. PR3 or higher is where the glass ceiling is from what I hear.
