How to increase PR of a unused domain?

    Hi,

I have found a great domain but I won't be using it for a while. Since I had a concept before, and I bought the domain so early because I like it. Now, is there anyway I can increase its PR while I am not actually using it. Also, what would be more beneficial, Park it or create a "Under Construction" page. I just want to know how I can take advantage of time before I really launch my site.

    Thanks

Do some back link for your domain to increase your domain PR.

Social Bookmark and do Article submission, but also add some fresh content to your site.

Instead of under construction page you must create a simple web site with a few pages. Google doesn't like simple pages and may drop its PR without content.

I am planning on using it as a forum. So, what simple web page should I use for it? Will changing it back can hurt its PR and SEO?

    Thanks

Add content, then do link building through various ways such as adding your link DO FOLLOW sites and probably doing 3-way link exchange with related sites.

I know about backlinks but my questions is once I am ready to start my forum then I will have to delete these pages. Will deleting those pages and starting from scratch can hurt it?

    Thanks
