    How do i increase the PR of my site ? How many backlinks are needed to increase PR of my site to PR 1~4 ? Where do i get more backlinks ?

    Just build as much quality backlinks as possible.

    Create as many as good backlinks as possible. directories, article submissions, getting linked to directories of your niche etc.
