    any easy way to find people related for link exchange is to look at your comptetior's links. go to google and do a seach
    "site: competitor'sdomain.com"

    press release work best for me. Make sure you use the proper anchor tags and be consistent...ie do 3 or 4 of them. Press Release get posted on higher Pr sites.

    I don't think buying one PR7 link will give you PR5 automatically. You'll need more than one incoming link with PR6 or PR7.

    Hyena you could be wrong actually. If the PR7 website has only one outbound link to a website, a PR5 could easily be achieved at the next update it all depends on the google formula!
