How to increase Pr from 3 to 5

    Hi,
    My website has PR3 and i am doing SEO for this site.i have to get Pr 5 for this web site.can any one suggest me abt SEO techniques to increase the page rank.

    Gather more backlinks. Link exchange with relevant websites with PR 4 and above. Keep submitting to quality directories. Submit press release and articles for your site. And lastly, be active in forum discussions.

    Yeah, link exchange is the best - and cheapest way to go. If you keep linking to sites that are PR3 and above, you should rise pretty soon :)

    if you want a pr 5 web site, you need backlinks from pr5+ web sites. your backlinks must be one way backlinks. not link exchange;)

    The SE's are starting to discount link exchanges as a valid method of calculating popularity. It seems obvious, but a one-way link is FAR more powerful than a link trade.

    Just the way you increased your pr from 0 to 3 but don't forget that the pr is mostly logaritmic so you have to get better pr links to reach your target.

    Just a tip, dont count all websites with a certain pr as the same.

    The contribution given from a website depends on the pr of that website and how many outbound links are on the website. A website with a pr5 and 1 outbound link is better than a pr8 with 100 outbound links!
