How to increase page rank for my website in Yahoo

    How to increase page rank for my website in Yahoo Search Engine. I want to know that, the policies used by Yahoo for ranking a website is different from Google or they have adopted the same policies. if i get a good page rank in yahoo then how much it will effect in my website, the traffic will increase for my website.

    Keep adding new content and creating backlinks. That should help, but it may take time and a lot of effort.

    I have had similar problems with yahoo. I am ranked quite low with yahoo for my keywords however I am the third on page 1 for bing and google.

    I think that you can answer all questions on Yahoo Answer. After that you must give your link site on your answer.

    Apart from creating the Yahoo friendly site and backlinks, you can try the yahoo answers and groups for submission of informative back link creation. good luck.

    Yahoo doesn't use PageRank...PR is a Google thing! Anyways, getting ranked in Yahoo is usually easier than Google..Just focus on building allot of links..They can be of less quality than if you were trying to rank in Google.

    Yahoo don't use PR, Google allots the PR for any site. One can give Yahoo answers and can give back-link to get result in Yahoo.

    PR is only used by Google. In my opinion, Directory Submission and Social Bookmarking will help you getting higher rank in yahoo.

    A lot of things you can do. Such as you can submit your site in Yahoo search engine. Otherwise Directory submission, social bookmarking etc can also be done to increase page rank.
