    We know SEO is slow activities. If u got instant ranked on SERP then u go with SEM means PPC (Paid Campaign). In Seo, minimum one month after u got the keyword ranked. If ur website content is unique and informatics then u got keyword ranked.

    in my opinion, social bookmarking is the best method of getting instant traffic. When I used to bookmark my blogpost, I used to get almost 100-150 visitors from these bookmarking sites.
