How to increase or maintain Page Rank

Hello,

I have 2 sites with PR4 and one of them dropped to PR2. I really don't know why is that?

I use the same seo strategies by submitting them to social bookmarking sites and article directories.

My question is,

How to increase and maintain Page Rank?

if you want to raise the pagerank your domain, you may have to multiply the backlinks from a domain that has a higher PageRank than your domain.

To maintain PR or increase it you need to build PR back links constantly. Say 50-100 PR back links a month will do.

if you want to maintain PR then you submission are only in high or comparative submission sites.

I think you should build more and more back link with theme based and high PR site...............

 

1. Keep the out-going links on the page minimal.
2. Get back-links from high PR pages.
3. Keep working on the content of your site and updating it.
4. Get visitors and increase pageviews.

Have back links from High PR sites say from PR 5 to PR 9. If you are good in search tricks you will find more than 70 High PR sites from where you can get back links to your website

well i think, its good to feed your site, with good content, and keep on updating it time to time. Do try to feed just few links but should be relevant ones.

 

To maintain and increase the PR the backlinks with the high PR is must. According to me at least 15 to 20 backlinks must be increase every month.

 

There is no limit of backlinks but Yes minimum we have to try to make 50 backlinks every month.

No one can tell that, it depends upon alots of factors, i also want to know as my site have 5 PR but now it is 4.

 

You have to get quality backlinks from high page rank sites and put unique content in your website...but you cannot maintain page rank of any website forever...

 

Need to work only important and quality pages you must have PR of page (not site) is more than 4 Social bookmarking is good for any website because it can generate traffic several different ways...
