How to increase new memberships to a forum ?

Buy a domain name instead, it only 10bucks a year but its much easier for people to rmb and want to click on

 

404 Page Not Found!

 

I have changed the domain name to http://ask-the-experts.co.cc/

to go to forum click "Ask us" button....its not 404 error now

both of your websites looks useless.
your forum is showing 404 error and the new one is not even branded completely after making it on a free template.
