    My site is about Medical transcription services.How I can increase visitors to my site.Now its very low.Any advice please..When I select blog commenting Which type of blog is more useful?

    Concentrate on search engine optimization . Write the blogs on relevant demanding keywords . Once your blog will be well established in search engine , you must get healthy number of visitors.

    Try to comment on blogs related to the medical niche, add the google +1 button if you haven't yet and do some social bookmarking (digg, stumble etc)

    do social bookmarking, blogging, article submission, press release submission exchnaging links. And specially improve content of the website. You will definietly increase your traffic.

    Release article, make sure content should be same with your website niche (medical, health). Comment with medical, health related blogs.

    First, your site must have a good topic or keyword. Second, Add unique content, picture or many more. Third, Make your site Search engine friendly. Forth, build back links and increase your page rank. Fifth, promote your site using ads, or social networks.

    Hi, i guess it's key to try and develop content...good content that is original and what people are asking about, have a play around with the keyword tools and see what people are searching for in your niche and blog about those things that interest you. Best of luck

    As for blog commenting, ideally you should focus on dofollow blogs. However, only a small portion of all blogs allow dofollow comments, but anyway, still do blog commenting because it's a powerful way to create backlinks (even if they are nofollow).

    Hi there. I agree to all of what they have mentioned. I just want to add that you can also do classified ad posting, and you can use social networking sites such as facebook and twitter.

    Guest posting on high traffic blogs with in your niche, Creating Videos about your niche and posting them on video sharing sites, Pod casting, Forum Posting, Social Bookmarking your posts, and Social Media (Facebook, Twitter)

    add more relevant content and use forum posting with dofollow signature in different forums regularly .... this will boost your traffic and backlinks.

    i have same problem about traffic.i have one blog on Technology and Computer Solution(it is fastricks.blogspot.com).I try my best on this blogspot blog when i make post but it is not getting traffic.I always use Google Keyword Tool for making Post.

    All are saying content updation help to increase google serp result,me also agree with that.But In a forum I saw that When his content updated rank goes down.What may be the reason..?Because of this am afraid to update my content..Any advices?

    I suggest you to read some ebooks on SEO, internet marketing, Traffic building and Link Building. Once you gain enough beginner knowledge, you will definitely know how to get traffic to your blog.

    There are many way to generate traffic, it depends which one you prefer or which type if method you are good
    Serach engine optimization, social network, social media, advertising are all generate good traffic if you do it in correct way
    If you are aiming on blog commenting, better go for the blog with high traffic in your niche and make quality/informative comment, then you can get some targeted traffic

    If you really want to go viral and see massive amounts of natural traffic coming in... go hire a great content writer to write you 1 story that you would go and publish on Stumbleupon. People over there recommend cool articles and they often spread like a wild fire.

    I recently came across a guy who reported that he wrote an article about the 20 weirdest things you can buy on Amazon. That article was funny and a blast and.... had the guys link in it so people came checking his site out. ;-)
