    You have to get lot of high PR one way links and directory submissions.

    there is only one secret for the high page rank. it's getting links from high page rank site and after you have done this , you have to have until the next page rank update

    In short , you need to get links from other high pr < by different ways > and preferably from relevant sites and you can do a search on DP on this as I guess this has been asked before aswell .

    Experience of the last few PR updates indicates that the main way to achieve PR is to get high PR links to your sites ... I become less convinced that low PR links have much effect.
