How to increase my PR ( its same from starting )

can any body explain me how can i increase my website pr its still the same 2 from starting

you have to submit your site in as many directores as you can.

this it will increase your PR

 

already submitted my website in 400 directories
still its same

 

Find sites with high PR (directories,blogs,friend sites.....) with high PR and put a link to your page, with anchor text related to your site

 

and wait for a PR update. Be quickly because the Pr update is very soon, I guess.

Do u have a list of Directories you submit site as finding 4000 free directory isnt easy i search all related directory that are free but it didnt reach the 4000 figure.

 

I don't think you need to do this, in my experience, the most crucial point of this SEO matter is linking to a valuable website

Which mean, try to do link exchange or reciprocal link with website that have higher Page Rank then your website have..

And other things, link exchange wouldn't be valuable if you can find other website with higher linking to you without asking you to link to their website.
