Nice site...very nice... As for page to action...I don't see any affiliate links for your visitors to click...I'm assuming this is what you mean by "action"... Why not try a 780 x 15 Adsense text unit just under your site menu? I always get the most clicks from that...
Thanks for review. By a conversion I mean, that "How to increase number of people who invite their friends to view their photos galleries. " If conversion would be good, then website would run viral, and get lot of traffic, but it seems not much people inviting their friends.
I have point system setup for my social network. I give members 20 points for each member they refer to the site. They can later exchange their points for gifts. Maybe you can introduce some kind of point system or something. Or maybe pay out $0.10 - $1 per each member they refer to come and join your site
