My click range from 5 cents to 15 cents at most per click even the click originate from united states. i done competitive filtering & research on niche keywords like weight loss but the most i earn is about 10 cents per click , my ctr about 0.5% , do ctr% affect the click value or its just i dint happen to get the $2 click for the weight loss niche?
My advice would be to go the the Google traffic estimator https://adwords.google.co.uk/select/TrafficEstimatorSandbox and find some other niches that have a higher keyword average. Personally I'd get out of the wieght loss niche. I've just run some searches on similar keywords for you and most are coming in at or around $1.65 - $2. This is the maximum that has ever been paid for a click and on average i halve that value to give a more realistic estimate.
