How to increase my blog traffic

i've got a blog i was wondering if any one can tell me what the best way to get web traffic its been over 2 month and no web traffic at all! even though i am doing social bookmarking and using twitter etc

submit your blog in all search engine start bookmarking, classifieds, article, blog posting, blog comment posting, daily updates news in blog

 

write useful and unique article, submit social bookmarking and use seo wordpress plugin if your blog use wordpress engine

 

Keep posting something new and interesting on your blog and also create pages on social networking sites like Twitter & Facebook this will help you to get traffic.

Try contributing in related forums, make your title some what attractive. You will start getting visitors and with backlinks from signature you will also get good SE ranking.

 

If want to get good amount of traffic in the start then social bookmarking is the way, but it won't last once you stop bookmarking the site. In order to fetch long run good traffic, you will have to rank your site in the top positions at google or any other search engine. You need to get some SEO done for your website/blog. The best way I have found is to join other blogs of your similar content. They would join back and thus you would get lot of quality backlinks. Thru good amount of backlinks you get inbound traffic too

I would recommend you to join Blog Catalog. Its like a social networking site for Bloggers. You can join in groups that are relevant to your niche post comments etc. visit www.blogcatalog.com

 

You're going to need to do a lot of work to build backlinks, and then all of your backlinks are going to point to blogspot...a domain which you don't own. I would suggest dumping blogspot and reg'ing your own name before you spend the time SEO'ing.
