You to learn the secrets of placing the ads in the proper places, google gives you a heatmap check it out
I don't know, maybe you should redirect your traffic to a blog or website with content. Maybe center the ads with your page or put 160 x 600 ads on each side of the search result. You have to test it and see what work the best.
your site is not indexed by google your probably does not have any backlinks the only page that contains 'getmefiles.org' is this page and one from a warez forum like, wtf?
my tips 1. your keyword and the content should be relevant. 2. tryout different ad placement according to your site, do not just follow what people are saying. there are so many formats, which may work for other which may not work for you, ex 336x280 is the best, tats all people say, rite but is your site? meeting up the requirements of 336??? so don't just put the format because people are saying, use according to your site layout and blend it accordingly 3. make sure you dont have ant error in meta tag, your meta tag described your whole site to search engine, so take time and write down your meta tag and description and keywords properly because tats where your traffic will come, if you do it properly. 4. once in a while try to get some traffic from social network, or digg some story of yours, or make use of stumble upon. maybe you check my blog http://www.soreimahongnao.com Code (markup): , the page rank was N/A on google when i first started, but using the above methods, now i have come to page rank 2, but still, i have lot more to do not in terms of rank but in terms of content and google adsense, so well i will keep on sharing what i have achieved so far. but as for now, if you need tips you can ponder on the above mentioned.
you should def add more content and test your ad placement to see whats best .... pretty much what everyone above me said
another weird thing is that the site looked really good when I had adblock plus enabled. Plain, simple, and google-like. There's no real place to put ads that I see that's obvious. I guess I would either experiment and try a different placement/size, or take them off the front page and put them on others.
Hey buddy Getting clicks on ads have two factors 1) relevent ads 2) Ad Placement Google always places relevent ads, so position your ads near your content and must be visible to your visitors. Use maximum ad blocks to you site. Hope I helped....
What is your website about? You can try experimenting with bigger ad blocks. You can also try to blend the ads with the content. You can also experiment with different ad placements. Preferably, ads should be placed where the content of the website is.
I bought a copy of Joel Comm's Adsense Secrets and it really gave me a lot of good ideas. At 9 bucks its a great deal. Sure you could probably find all the information for free spread out around the net, but for me at least 9 bucks was worth having it all in one place in a nice presented format.
If you want to earn more through adsense then make your site more attractive means add some scripts through which people come daily to your site and get some benefit from it. Also you develop your site in various search engine through which you can get more benefit.
Hello ^GaToS^, First off I would suggest adding more content to your site. Try also adding and experimenting with image ads, I performed a few searches on your website and can honestly say that I would not click on the ads at the top. Always test things for yourself to see what works, try like I suggest various ad placements or perhaps a different template for your website. I would also start building back links to your website so that you can get ranked in the search engines. There was a member not too long ago here on digital point that had a very similar looking website however it was dealing with mp3 searches, what he did was to have a normal search like yours and then along with the adsense ads have some CPA Offers related to the content that was being searched for, it added more content to the page and increased clickthroughs on both the adsense and CPA offers. Yours, Laura_D
