Based on the "tips" in here, I'm guessing you're asking the wrong people. Find people with pages you respect and ask for their advice.

And don't believe that quantity of likes equals the quality of the page. The reach/user number is far more important. Plus, is the page all build on memes and videos? Because that means people want memes and videos, not things to click on.
