    what i need to do to increase PR.

    Look for related dofollow blogs and post relevant comments.
    Submit your site to directories.


    These will help you create backlinks and help improve your PR

    you cant increase the pr of your site yourself directly but like others above me said, you can influence it by building backlinks from related sites to your niche.

    SEO friendly directories help too, but just confirm you don't get any nofollow links i.e. submitting to a directory as its a waste of time and wont help your PR.

    Pagerank means, the quality of sites linking to you, increasing of backlinks helps increasing the PR

    try to get more quality backlinks by doing link exchange to other relevant site, bookmarkings, sigs from forum postings and etc....
