You need to have a proper link structure. Backward links as well as the internal links. Frame out your internal pages and see if the pages are reachable. Use Google Webmaster tools for more help.

Write a sitemap and submit it at Google webmaster tools. Google will definitely crawl your links.

A site map might be your best option. Also give google webmaster tools a try. There you'll see what you're doing wrong.

According to google guidelines, desired web page should not be far from 2 click. if your website have so many number of web pages and your pages are in some where in deep, then you will not be able to indexed them. Create user friendly website navigation and indexed in google.

In this case the Page Rank is what you need the higher your home page's PR is the more pages and sub pages are indexed.

Also good site structure for Google bots to easily navigate your site could help, as well as making a physical sitemap on your site is an alternative.

Its take time in indexing you have to wait. Because it first check the content and then according to it index it.

Sitemap, interlinking your pages, and having a ton of patience would be my top suggestions.

Get a dynamic sitemap generator installed. And try to get one that "pings" the search engines when new content is posted. If this is a forum, the "pinging" service might overload the server. So if your site is a forum, use a sitemap generator that builds the sitemap every 24 hours and notifies the search engines the new sitemap is ready.

Then submit the sitemap to your google webmaster tools, bing webmaster tools and your yahoo site explorer.
