You can do this by generating useful content like articles and blogs, by social networking and the development of multimedia. This sounds easy but it’s a lot of hard work. Still, you can also strategically spread your content in different websites while keeping your target niche in mind.
Well ... sometimes more content is better than less. Suppose you already have some articles on your pages, you could use the tool called "JGE Automatic Content Generator". Just search for it on on the net or go to softwaremastercenter.com. This thing is kind of cool because it will put on your site more content. Here is what it does - this PHP script will parse out keywords from your current content and then use theses keywords to pull articles from some free (open license) sites and display them below your current content. Results are cached so all of the heavy lifting is done only once, when you access the page for the first time. This will make your pages larger so you can hope for better indexing by Google. Of course if you like to write your own articles then this software is not for you. Anyone got experience/comments about this software?
For increasing google hits you have to collect dofollow links from different good PR sites and forums.
Yes, do follow links are a great idea. For those who do not know what it means - dofollow links are links pointing to your page which are in the html of the page (not links created on the client side by javascript) and which do not have the 'rel' attribute set to 'nofollow'. Some webmasters claim the nofollow links from prominent websites like wikipedia still count. Also the web page that links to you should havein the head section. Additionaly the originating website should be relevant to your site and the anchor text of the link should be relevant to your website's keywords. I think it goes by itself that the website linking to you should have good reputation.
I agree with above points..You have to check the website in Google..Whether it keywords are ranking or its pages are indexed..you have to check the backlinks and the visitors traffic by Google analytics tools..
