But when I am going to check the Google cache timing using cache: URL I am getting “Your search did not match any documents”. How can I solve this problem?. please give me any ideas.

Start writing and publishing articles. The more you write and the more your websites updates the more visits you will get from G bot.
If users will like your content then they will link your articles and then your websites will get indexed.

You only have to write articles and if you want to hurry up a little bit start getting links from social media, web 2.0 sites and directories.

    Cheers.

Search spiders have a limited period allocated to cache/index the page so its better to use external javascript files, compressed images etc. So, reduce the page load time.

Time, it will take some time before Google will cache your pages.
