    I think instead of hiring some one of expicitly askling some one to like... your content is not a good idea... comment on others blog, have some good content on site and make full use of tweet and people are sure to hit the like button

    i think you just have to wait and write good content - best option. the likes you get wont just appear there one day (google doesnt like it) - they will be more natural

    It is visible just next to the button. You will find a number. It denotes how many +1's you have got for that particular page. Right now, this page is showing 2. Also I have shared it.... Now you can see more than 2 ;)
