It's very easy to get traffic with Google Plus but not nearly as easy to get followers. Sharing with the most relevant community works well for me, and I am actively doing this every single day now. G+ is one of my top three sources of traffic, it is too easy.

 

No doubt Google plus is also a best source to get a mature traffic as compare to facebook. if you have account on google plus with a specific defined nishe, then there is no problem at to get conversions. Best thing to get huge traffic on website is, do better activities in relevant communities according to their rules, definitely you can get more and more traffic, one thing more, you must have some thing very interesting and informative on your website.

I think if you genuinely try to build follower or likes in organic way .it helps I have seen rather than these tool.and it may attract genuine traffic to your websites .

b. Ask people to follow you, in some way that you are not over doing it.
