You need to add Google+ badge in your website and let users join your Google+ page from there. Also make sure with every new post, the Google+ visibility is there.

-Share interesting content
- etc.

Some more detailed stuff:

• Find people in your business, by either searching for something in the Google+ Search bar or by going to http://www.circlecount.com and find some interesting people their. You can find some tutorials on this on youtube.
• Connect with some people and try to follow a few, as many people are going to follow you back.
• (This tactic mostly brings in followers, but not fans, which is a huge difference! As they will boost your Circle's count and show others in the search results maybe, that you have a large following, but it won't help at all in terms of winning customers or fans)
• Another good thing is to just help people on G+ with some of their problems concerning anything G+ and they will be interested as well.
• My last point is to get into Shared Circles of people who have a large following already. In Order to find those people use CircleCount again!

 

caution : for business in google + dont use sites like (like exchange & etc)
1- put great content
2- be patient & take some time & months to have more circles
3- be active & make description about your content
4- use hangout it is very helpful to know more people

Its hard to understand how G+ works when you are used to FB. Bottom line if you want G on your side you will have to start learning how to use G+ period
