If you are using G+ on your website then you will automatically get followers if you provide your readers with good and informative content. Besides you can follow other people that are related to your business website or field and start interacting with them. Don't just leave your links for your followers all the time, communicate with them to assure them you want to be a good part/member of their community.

 

I agree with the concept but have seen nothing more from following people than my page being filled with random posts. My main concern is that I can not share posts from my Google+ page, only my Google+ personal account. Likewise, when I +1 or share to Google+ I do not have any way to share to my page, only mt personal account. Hope this makes sense and I have been all over trying to come to some resolve for this. Follow the related google plus pages and post the relevant posts and share them in your circle. Also follow the people and increase your circle. Their you will see the positive results.

 

I think the problem may be that I am waiting on verification from a postcard. Are you not suppose to be able to post and comment from your page? I think I need to get some followers before I can verify the page. It's been two weeks and no postcard. Thanks!

If you want to Increase your follower then first of all check the friends list and then check their profile where you can Increase your number of follow by pushing button of follower. then you can Increase number of follower in Google Plus.
