How to increase file upload sieze limit?

While uploading files in Wordpress, it don't allow me to upload file bigger than 2MB in size. How do I increase the file size upload limit?

 

Uploading limit needs to be set from php.ini file of your server.

Agreed although you may not have access to your server's php.ini file to make those changes. You can bug your host to make the change or try using an edit within your .htaccess file.
