There are many ways to get more facebook fans. Here are two free ones: Start a contest with the employees...the employee who encourages the most likes to the company page wins a prize (free prize for employee could be a couple of extra hours off) Join book pages that are similar to the company's target audience. be helpful and comment. after a week or so start posting one or two random links for your company. if you want to spend a little money..look on fiverr dot com. there are people who will get fans for your facebook page...just make sure to ask if the fans are from the country where your company is located. good luck!
If you have good friend circle and posting amazing things then may be your face book likes increases.
You really just want to get interactive. Try to get active on other pages that is similar to yours and provide quality content while providing quality content on yours. Once you get active in the community, and build a relationship suggest/share your page. You just want to make people feel as comfortable with you because people are more willing to do business with people they like. Step outside of the mind of a business person, and into the mind of just another valued member of the community.

Like exchange services are good. Because even they have real fans who like your page or not. Other likes selling services are mostly scam.
