    Got some hints from your point about SEO moz metric but do i have an question regarding blog commenting on same niche do i need to use my name or keyword or how many times i can use per name or keyword while commenting need suggestion on it

    you should use your name,
    because
    1. It doesn't look spam
    2. Approval percentage is bit high because blogger think that you are not trying to spam and giving genuine comments
