How to increase CTR?

    I built a new business directory. www.craftsuppliesland.com
    However, the CTR of adsense is lower than 1%.
    How to increase CTR? Do I need toadd more ads or change the place of ads?

    I think, you must change your headings and the base text size - make them one idea smaller

    Why would you like to increase you chance getting banned? The lower the CTR the better.
    It's another way for google to detect click fraud.

    The more ads displayed the greater page impression.

    Yup, CTR is obtained by dividing the number of users who clicked on an ad on a web page by the number of times the ad was delivered (impressions). If nothing fishy is going on it's very impossible to get a high CTR.
