    it is hard to do .. maybe by getting quality traffic (USA , Canada ..)
    Also , feltering competitives ads will not giving desired results ..

    Target higher value phrases and optimise your content more towards these. Not easy - and if you can make money from adsense like that you can probably make more from other types of advertising
