Whatuuppp peoplez. I have a music site(in my sig) and its doing pretty good traffic wise, makes 1-2 sales a day but I honestly think it could do better. Traffic is around 500 visitors a day, sending 200-250 plus hops per day to the main product I am promoting. I have tried a fair amount of tests on the site but just can not seem to increase the conversions. What I have done so far is tried different copy and calls to action, no calls to action, email optin, plus 3 different designs and layouts. If anyone wants to grill my site and give me some feedback on how I can increase conversions please do I am positive I can get this site up to $100+ per day (almost there) which is my goal. Cheers
One thing you could do is let the visitor know quicker what the product is. People have ridiculously short attention spans online, and will quickly click away. Perhaps you could put the words "make spine cracking beats right now! Even if you've never touched a sequencer in your life" bigger, and at the top of the screen, as they perfectly describe your product. Also I would have the name of the product 'Dub Turbo' more prominent. Perhaps with a bigger picture of the case. I wasn't actually sure of the name of the product for a while. It was also confusing as there is no 'Buy Now' button. So when I went to the 'watch demo', I was confused when I saw several products. I had to click back, which was difficult, to find out it's name. I think it would be much better to have 2 'buy now' buttons, one under your graphic, and one at the bottom of the page, that take you directly to buy Dub Turbo, if this is possible. Just try and make things as easy as possible for the buyer to know what the product is, and how to buy it. I hope this helps!
@Jon - Awesome suggestions. I'm glad I decided to take a peek at this thread. Seems you're doing alright with Dub there, Wazza Going to head off and check a few of my sites to see if any of these tips can help me out a bit, too.
Your CTR is amazing and conversion rate seems to be 1% or so, which is about average for Clickbank products. I think you've optimized it well.
You are site looks good but you have optimized the site for the search engines and that is why you are getting so many visitors, congrats. But your just missing out google analytics, sign up free and analyze how much time they spend on your blog. It is clearly shown in google analytics the average time a visitor spends on each of your page. If you see they are moving away from your site without spending atleast 1 minute for the length of content you have return, then you need to capture that exit traffic. Do not just redirect them to sales page offer a bonus that your visitors might like. Good luck for your $100+ per day.
Create Review Pages (1 page reviewing 2 or 3 products on a similar niche), pick a winner and give a bonus for those who buy through your link.
Actually if you have read clickbank's new TOS they state clearly that starting at the end of August 2011 that you will not be able to review multiple products on 1 page and acting neutral. Clickbank's changes will soon impact vendors and sellers dramatically.
give more bonuses put the real values to your bonuses and make total values for them. also use limited time offer for them to get the bonuses. worked like a charm for me when i played arround with clickbank. now i played clickbank no more
