How to increase backlinks

Hi All

I recently taken up a website (northernstonesales.com)

I am doing the all kinds of off page optimization like classifieds, directory. and smo submissions, but i am unable to increase the backlinks

I am trying the other methods of getting them but no results yet

Kindly suggest me how to increase the backlinks...

Site looks fine (maybe just add slogan - something like "key supplier of quality stone and materials to the trade and private customers" under the main banner so people figure what your site is about...)... so now it's just "work ahead" time

How about starting to write some articles where you promote your site? There's loads of more link building tips here - check them out.

Also, you might want to figure out other ways to get traffic to your site.

 

try and search Google for 'stone/masonry/tiles link exchange'.

 

It may take some time before back links show up in the search results.

If you haven't got one, get a Webmaster account at Google, you can check
back links in there.

You can also Google the term Backlink & Anchor Text Tool for other resources
to check your back links.

You can use tools like the Backlink Builder and Backlink Anchor Text Analyzer
or the one at this site at http://www.digitalpoint.com/tools/keywords/
to create new back links.

Many options are available.

Your Site Look is Nice and content is also unique.

First of all You start Directory Submission in Proper Category, After Submission Search Engine Directory, than Make a Some Blog in Famous Blog Site After all Submit Some of Bookmarking in Famous Bookmarking Site Like Digg, stumbleupon, delicious, Google Bookmark etc. and some of forum posting and also Some of Changing in Onpage site.

You're doing it all right, but it just takes time for yahoo and google to find those backlinks. Be patient. By the way one of the best ways to check backlinks is to search for "link:www.yoursite.com" in yahoo.

 

All you need in building back link is time... All the theory in the world but without time and patience, you will get no where.

 

I use chameleonsubmitter.com but there is only for adult sites, perfect for Page Rank

 

I am still trusting article directory submission, that's why I started a forum thread with this list here at DP - List of 460 Article Directories (updated weekly).

However, I suggest you optimized your resource box by including a web page and your home page, and not just your home page only.

article marketing will work well for you, as long as you submit different versions of your articles to each article directory.

 

Do some directory submissions and article submissions.

Search for blogs related to your niche and leave comments on there posts (do not spam)
