You should buy links however google may not show link that you bought because sometimes google dont want to show links that you buy or exchanged links.

Off page should be done in high traffic niche sites.
This is applicable to all that is article, press etc.
link exchange also can play important role in backlink.
but should be done with relevancy.

 

This question is why i dont visit often. Some good advice was given but not willing to trust it. I think artice submission is the best use of time, but use every available option possible.

There are multiple ways to increase backlinks to your site. What it comes down to, is to find a way that suits your needs. Whether you want to pay for them or do it free on your own it is going to take some time to establish a good size. For me I usually post on Forums/Blogs, Submit to directories and submit articles, it seems to work pretty well for me.
To get you started you can post your link on my Facebook group I recently created. It’s a group for web designers, developers, graphic designers, etc., to post there websites and get some feedback on it and attract some visitors. I am doing all this things blog commenting, social bookmarking etc etc for back link.... When i saw in alexa in site link options it's show me the same figure. it's not increasing. so how much time it's will take to increase back link figure?
