Its my personal view please avoid if I am wrong.... since people in the USA are using Alexa toolbar, hence it wud be great for alexa rank if your website is getting more traffic from USA.

Hey dear! Firstly, I wanna tell that the lower the Alexa value, the better your site traffic has. Alexa ranking increases when most of the visitors visit your site from different PC i.e. different IP address. So, If your site has good traffic, Alexa will increase automatically. You don't need to do these silly things of visiting site through different-2 PC. Just do better search engine optimization, Increase the traffic, and Alexa ranking will automatically increase.

 

Yeah I've never heard of this, pretty sure Google PR doesn't have anything to do with Alexa Rank
