How to Improved Follower @Twiter n Facebook??

I want to ask how to get more follower for Twitter Account and also Facebook? Any body can give me some information, how it works some kind like tips trick,.

If you use a site like sharelinks.co/share you could get more people to view all of your Sites and they can easily share it with their Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, StumbleUpon and even E.mail it to their friends, followers, fans, etc.

 

I find just spending a lot of time on your facebook and twitter pages searching for others or sharing it with people you already know and asking them to pass it on helps a lot.

 

Probably the best advice I've read is to participate in Twitter Chats related to your niche.
