How to improve?

Please give some tips how to improve my ads.
I have 2-3 clicks with 500 uniques/day.

my first tip to you is that you must remove "Events" label above google ads . this is a ban reason . the second tip to you is use bigger ads . i think your ads is so small . people will not see these ads

 

it's same only in landing page but all other content under breadcrumbs.
