convert depends on your landing page, if user find what they need and satisfied to what they see they will surely take the product.
To increase conversion rate, your landing page only show what customer want to see . Share your product experience , benefit and so on . Most important is use powerful call to action . Call to action play a huge row in conversion rate.

Its totally depend on your landing page. Try to share your product experience. Do some improvement in your navigation.
My recommendation is to do lot of a/b or multivariate testing. Just take one page element, think of two ways to improve it and test which one would work better. I have seen a lot of this issue - I think that this is how it will convert better, but in reality it might be even opposite.
