    There is only one way to increase your pagerank: by getting links with pagerank to your site.

    Mind, the PageRank ill not help you get any better rankings, though.

    The PR of the site can be improved by the On page SEO methods.You try to improve the quality of the contents of the site by adding Title, Meta tag, Headers, Key word etc to the site.Providing contents will also help to improve the PR of the site.

    The only way of improving PR is get quality backlinks for your website...
    You can just build backlinks that's it... Rest of the job is up to Google. If it thinks your website deserve a PR, you will be assigned with a PR.
