How to improve traffic for forum development blog?

    How would i increase targeted traffic for my forum development blog? I've submitted my articles etc to many popular article sites etc.

    I think promotion through community forums could help you to generate traffic, also as suggested, do social bookmarking of your posts with proper tagging.

    I do social bookmark every post, stumble upon and digg.
    But i don't seem to be receiving a nice chunk of regular members.

    How could i improve it?

    If you spam social bookmarking sites with every post you'll find yourself getting penalised. I suggest only bookmark really interesting articles.
