I have two client websites and there are 15 keywords which I have to ranked on Google SERP and my client is not sending me any content. so anyone can suggest me which activity I should do in Off-Page activity for improving Google SERP without submitting any content, article, blog etc. I have completed my all On-page activity.

You can go for article submission or guest bogging, then promote your article
Also take help of social media to promote your site and articles.
Forums are also good to promote your website.

If you can make some sense of that blog post I am not sure what to tell you quite frankly.

He is proffering information that is entirely wrong , 9/10 times folks drop links like that here because they think that is SEO as well. It is not. Hopefully he reads this and rethinks posting links to things are entirely inaccurate let alone he most likely wrote himself.

I would frankly not be a very useful member here or anywhere else if I let noobs read that crap thinking its rooted in logic or fact. A week from now you will find another noob trying to quote that silliness under the guise of actually knowing something when they don't. Hence, perpetuating the cycle of ignorance.

I have been telling people how to do things right for 6 years around here. So, yeah. I have a very low threshold for folks hurling out info that is patently absurd. When I get up I will shoot you some of my responses to folks espousing the benefits of linkwheels. I can assure you, this one is was pretty tame.

I was attacking the message, not the messenger. Its pretty telling that you got your panties in a wad though. It would seem that you are at issue with me suggesting that he is disingenuous about SEO and who he is.

While guest blogging has its benefits if done correctly the rest of that stuff is spam. Always has been, always will be. Unless you are not charged with task of caring about your websites.

Meaning, if you like to turn and burn domain names rendering them effectively useless only to wind up in some dimwits blog network selling useless links in the link board here.

I was just explaining the latter in another post and fortunately its gotten so bad the mods are finally deciding how to shut that craziness down entirely.

If that is the case you need have someone in that particular branch start working on your home page content because its just as unintelligible as that blog post you seem to refuse to want to actually discuss. According to the latest Google updates, content is the king in the field of SEO. So if you don't have the content it is not helpful for you, you have to post the content to get better ranking.
