How to improve search results format??

    I mean for example on Google, I search for "yahoo"

    I want the similar formats, so wherever my domain is searched, different pages such as About Us, Contact, Information comes into that section under my domain. How can it be done???

    I do not remember now how those are called but you can not do anything to get them..
