    Try to take the links from the sites that has same PR as yours or higher. Make sure the outbound links on that page are not more than 80.

    There are so many ways, but the best way to improve rankings is to povide unique and relevant content. That should be the basis of your website.
    After that, backlinking to relevant PR-sites (works best for me), blog commenting (you want this to be relevant and unique, so you shouldn't use software for this), social bookmarking (facebook and twitter are being indexed by Google)...

    High quality links, especially do follow ones will help increase your PR. Also unique content, don't bother try to get a high PR without it!

    Hi guys you should go for quality back-link to increase page rank for your website. Unique and quality content is the key of increasing page rank for a website. Search engine loves quality of back-link better then quantity of back-link. Mind it for better search engine results.
