    Try to get more backlinks from High pr sites, and also do inner link building between pages, you will achieve pr easily.

    Mostly, pr is important when you are going to sell links on your website but not when you want to earn traffic and want to become popular.

    Backlinks can be received from link exchange, buying links, social bookmarking, directory listing, article directory submission and so on.
