How to improve Organic Traffic to my site ?

Hello every1,

I have used quite a lot of search-engine submissions, and directory submissions but the organic traffic to my site hasn't shown considerable increase.

Can any1 plz help me out by telling how can I increase organic traffic to my site ?

Make sure you've got your on page SEO done first. Get your target keywords in your page title, page description, H1 tag, and in the page text. Then get more links to your site with variations of the keywords you've targeted. It takes some time, but within a very short time you'll see some long tail hits to your site. Then in about 3 or 4 months you'll be getting better search engine hits. If you've got good content people who find you will link to your site and you'll move up even higher in the SERPs. Just keep working on your content and building links and over time your traffic will grow.

 

search engine submission and directory submission is not enough you have to get links from related site so that you can also get traffic from other site. You need to get links from others related site as an alternative traffic to search engine traffic.

 

First you need to understand what you are doing then try to understand search engine there algorithm and then start work according to search engine guidelines. Here is so many things which you can do search engine submission and directory submission is nothing it can't help to get ranking on top

also check your On page optimization of all the pages like Titles, keywords, H1, Alternate text in images, internal URL structure etc.

and most important is interesting content of your Products.

after that try to look in related links like article submission, Forums, social bookmarking, classifieds, comment posting, Blogging etc

for that you have to extend your link building task. Try to find very nice link back to your site with anchor text.

 

have u tried Social bookmarking submission?

 

do first on page optimization, then start the sem..

 

Try to popular your site in local directories, local search engine which is helpful for you...all the best

Optimise first, then promote. Get in the habit of writing regular new content and optimising that content for 1 or 2 keywords at the same time.
