Geez, I noticed you guys get like 20K-30K impressions per day? How do you guys do it? Can share? My highest impressions is still below 1K, even with 3 websites of about 200 HTML pages.
I hate to give an answer like this because it's going to sound like I'm being smart no matter how I say it, but I'm not --- it's the truth... Have content that is of interest to people. Aside from "tricks" that will cause you nothing but trouble, the only way to get more traffic through your site is to have content of interest. Of course, the more "initial page" traffic you have, the more impressions you are going to achieve also, but if you have people navigating through your site, it multiplies quickly.
That's poor advice. Build your content and promote it any way you can (adwords, free serps, word of mouth etc)
Traffic Equalizer pages is the worst advice I have ever seen on this forum. That is a very good way to get your site banned. I have seen it happen. It will work great for a while. You will be living in dreamland, just trying to think of how to spend all your money. But then, in a few months, it will all come crashing down when you are banned by Google. Then you will be wishing you never did it when your traffic and revenue drop like a brick for months while you try to get back into Google. And just think if they won't reinclude your site...then you've lost one of, if not the, best traffic resources on the Internet. I have seen Yahoo do it too. You risk loosing them as well. Definitely not worth it. It will take a couple of months for your traffic to really kick in. You will be living the good life for about a month or two. Then nothing.
I'm probably smart enough to create a few "thousand" pages, unfortunately, i lack the technical skills to create brains for you guys...brains that will make you follow the ethics
try 1000's each week. I've have over 25,000 TE pages indexed, add another 60 blogs each with over 1000 indexed pages and now your talking traffic, which was what I thought this thread was about.
It's about risk...you can definitely be banned. Then again, you may be able to stay off google's radar. It's about ethics...is the web a better place as a result of your actions. I think people can be too "white hat" too, and miss great opportunities. I think it is important to constantly watch the "gray zone". There is lots of money to be made there, and what may seem black hat today, may be common practice tomorrow. People who are trying new things are not ALWAYS "black hats".
To me, my content is sufficiently enough to attract people - I offer "independent review" on travels and holidays, which makes me differ from travel agents. I think my problem is I don't get a lot of links from other site. 90% traffic comes from MSN and Yahoo.
I understand your opinion and respect it, but you must understand I view business under a different light, for me, and others too, there is no white hat or black hat, there is only business, the end goal is to make more monye. I consider every thing fair game as long as I break no federal or state laws, I am not committed to every SE's AUP, rule, or guideline. I am here to manipulate SE's to improve my serps and PR, I believe we are all trying to manipulate SE's to our favor, that's what SEO is all about. The main difference is some people follow every rule and rugulations set forth by the very SE's we try to manipulate, others like myself, do not. I see nothing here about ethics, nor is it my responcibilty to make the web a "better place". My responcibility is to make as much as I can to provide for my family and myself. I will leave making the web a better place for others Regards
Ahh.. yet another spammer... I predict yet another "boo hoo! Google banned me and I didn't do anything wrong" thread is inevitable. How predictably boring...
You will NEVER hear me whine about any thing of the sort I can assure you! What is predictible is those who complain when ever a bh or spammer bumps them and wants to know how to turn them in to G. That's predictable and funny! Makes me wonder wht they do when a wh or non spammer bumps them
heres a site on 'folk art', that was created with one of the templates in Traffic Equalizer, from what I read, you basicaly just need a few key words on any subject, and the program will scour the net grabbing links etc, and build these sites for you in a couple minutes.... so you can actualy make TONS of websites in a very short time, and they do rank high in some search engines. But I believe this is the main cause of the google sandboxing and their 'bourbon' update, in that there are now tons of such crap sites that have no real content or value. http://www.buyfolkart.com
