    Agreed,

    Its always best to get the users email before hitting them with a sales page.

    Try using 3 - 4 different OTO pages, track them with analytics and see which one is most effective for sales.

    You got a good traffic there, but if its not converting.
    There is something wrong, try switching landing pages and check which one coverts well.

    If your traffic doesn't buy, you must alt east try to get them into your mailing list, so you you can deal further on.
