You should offer interesting content about forex formula that make users wanted to sign up. Make every link in home page linked to forum registration page. I assure you that you will get some sign ups per day if your site is new and can be easily found in search engines.

Add articles to your site and post them as regular posts. These posts will then get indexed by Google and can bring you tons of unexpected traffic and new subscribers.
